applications can also enhance the subsequent processes of sorting,
classification, grading, packing and follow up measures, thus benefiting the
post-storage phases toward market distribution and secondary processes.
CAPACITY BUILDING
Increase
the capacity to innovate of operators from the potatoes/grains supply chain
with direct links to storage and product quality preservation challenges (i.e.
silos/warehouses managers; representatives of ports where storage facilities
are located; transport operators; members of the 2 crops´national/EU
federations/associations).
